are all beers made on-site?

All beers are made on-site. Those tanks you see behind the counter? They’re not for show - they are full of beer! We are a working brewery with a 10 barrel brewhouse and a half barrel (one keg) pilot test batch system. The pilot batches are called “tadpoles” as they are young brews that have not yet matured to the 10 barrel system.

Do you serve non-beer beverages such as wine, cider, or mead?

We'd love to, but federal and state laws only allow us to brew alcohol with grain or cane sugar. Wine, cider, sake and mead all fall under a winery license which we do not have.
