The American versions tend to be cleaner and hoppier than their British counterparts and ours is crisp and refreshing with just a touch of hop bitterness provided by El Dorado hops.

Pandan Porter

ABV: 5.9% IBU: 26

Born of the leaf of the mighty Pandanus tree, Pandan is used in Southeastern Asian cuisine as a substitute for vanilla. Its subtle flavors pair well with the traditional dark style of beer developed in London whose name is thought to have come from its popularity with street and river porters. With its delicate notes of chocolate, vanilla, and coconut, the aim of this darker ale was to create a porter with subtleties and drinkability not often found within the style. Gluten reduced.

This ale gets its reddish hue from the inclusion of roasted barley. Our Irish red has a smooth mouthfeel with a hint of caramel and light sweetness in the finish. Fun fact, the natterjack is the only species of toad native to Ireland. Gluten reduced.

This historic common ale was a staple in Louisville Kentucky until prohibition brought production to a halt. It's one of a few styles entirely indigenous to the US. In true Kentucky fashion this ale was brewed with corn grits and dark malt, giving it a distinct smooth flavor and aroma with a crisp finish.

Kippstander Kölsch

First only brewed in Köln, Germany, this obscure style is now brewed by many American breweries. Fermented at a lower temperature than our other ales to produce a light body, pale color, and crisp finish. Kölsch beer is refreshing and pure.
