This refreshing German wheat beer features notes of banana and clove with a hint of lemon. With a smooth body and high level of carbonation, this beer is a perfect summer sipper. Gluten Reduced. Contains Wheat.

An American light lager brewed with 100% Rocky Mountain water which is famous in Golden for its purity and perfect mineral content. This easy drinking pilsner is crisp and refreshing with notes of ripe apple and subtle spicy hop notes. Gluten Reduced.

This Czech Pale Lager is light with a little sweetness, and a nice bite of Saaz hops bitterness at the end to round out the flavor. Gluten Reduced.
Fruit & Field

The Tasmanian Pepperberry is a very rare spice from Australia. Once used to treat scurvy, we found a much better use for it: adding it to a saison! This farmhouse ale has a red fruit note with a mild peppery finish. Gluten Reduced. Contains Wheat.

Brewed with French lavender, this Belgian Golden Strong is sweet, floral, and full bodied with notes of pear and sage. This seasonal ale is just in time for the warm weather and blossoms that color the mountains around us. Gluten Reduced. Contains Wheat.

Our German-style ale brewed with blueberries, this Kolsch has a vivid pinkish hue with a distinct blueberry nose and bright fruit flavor. Gluten Reduced.
Belgians
ABV: 5.8% IBU: 12
Our take on a Belgian-style witbier, brewed with wheat and oats as well as Indian coriander and fresh orange zest. A slightly creamy ale, mildly spicy, with a bright orange finish. Gluten reduced.
Tart & Sour
ABV: 6.0% IBU: 11
This golden ale is our base sour recipe with fruit added. This refreshing ale is bursting with bright and bold sour character! Ask your server for the current flavor on tap.
Malty
ABV: 10.8% IBU: 40
An Imperial Stout brewed with brown sugar, chocolate and caramel malts, plus oats then aged on wood before kegging. We have 3 variations - ask your server for the one on tap. One uses South American amburana wood which imparts a unique gingerbread flavor to the beer. Another was aged on sugar maple wood which lends a subtle maple syrup flavor. The third was aged in a State 38 Rye whiskey barrel, giving notes of vanilla and spice. Gluten Reduced.

Born of the leaf of the mighty Pandanus tree, Pandan is used in Southeastern Asian cuisine as a substitute for vanilla. Its subtle flavors pair well with the traditional dark style of beer developed in London whose name is thought to have come from its popularity with street and river porters. With its delicate notes of chocolate, vanilla, and coconut, the aim of this darker ale was to create a porter with subtleties and drinkability not often found within the style. Gluten reduced.

This ale gets its reddish hue from the inclusion of roasted barley. Our Irish red has a smooth mouthfeel with a hint of caramel and light sweetness in the finish. Fun fact, the natterjack is the only species of toad native to Ireland. Gluten reduced.
Pales & IPAs

This IPA was brewed with pilsner malt, rice, and corn resulting in a dry & crisp ale with moderate bitterness. With massive dry-hopping of Azacca, Chinook, and Strata hops, this West Coast IPA has big juicy notes of ruby red grapefruit and sweet tropical fruit flavor. Contains Wheat. Gluten Reduced.

Apricots, peaches, and passion fruit dominate this juicy/hazy IPA's sweet, refreshing flavor. Dry hopped to the max with the fruitiest of American and New Zealand hops, you're sure to enjoy this delightful, hazy nectar. Contains Wheat. Gluten Reduced

Brewed in the shadow of the mighty Mt. Zion which overlooks Golden, our flagship West Coast IPA has a hop profile of Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. This IPA is strong in citrus and stone fruit flavors. Gluten reduced.

Inspired by the effervescence of champagne, this Non Alcoholic Dry Secco is a delicious, carbonated wine crafted from hand picked and blended wine grapes. This wine is semi-dry, with floral and tart endnotes. Each serving is 10 ounces and boasts only 50 calories. Did we mention it’s completely gluten-free and sulfate-free? Cheers to that!

These all-natural, handmade artisan chips are made from Idaho Russet potatoes, which result in larger, slightly darker chips that are richer in flavor. Lightly-seasoned chips, super crunchy and with more true potato flavor than factory-made chips.
