An Imperial Stout brewed with brown sugar, chocolate and caramel malts, plus oats then aged on wood before kegging. We have 3 variations: One uses South American amburana wood which imparts a unique gingerbread flavor to the beer. Another was aged on sugar maple wood which lends a subtle maple syrup flavor. The third was aged in a State 38 Rye whiskey barrel, giving notes of vanilla and spice. Gluten Reduced.
