Punkelweizen
ABV: 5.9% IBU: 15
Brewed with roasted pumpkin, brown sugar, and a mix of warm spices, then fermented with German Hefeweizen yeast, this orange-colored Dunkelweizen has a lightly spiced banana-pumpkin bread flavor with a full body and sweet finish. (Contains Wheat) Gluten Reduced.
Leadoff Dubbel
ABV: 7.6% IBU: 19
A Trappist-style Belgian dark ale with a rich, decadent blend of toasty caramel, dried plums, and ripe berries. (Contains Wheat). Gluten Reduced.
Helles of an Engineer

A classic Helles Lager with smooth pilsner and subtle herbal noble hop character. Clean, simple, slightly sweet, and refreshing. Gluten Reduced.
Venture gose Sour
ABV: 4.8% IBU: 8
Gose (GOZE-uh) is a historic sour German beer, with saltiness making it distinct. Brewed with New Zealand Motueka hops and fruit puree, this ale is crisp with refreshing tart notes. Ask your server for the current flavor on tap. (Contains Wheat)
Mt Falcon Ipa
ABV: 6.3% IBU: 60
A light-bodied, modern take on the West Coast IPA style, dominated by pineapple and grapefruit flavors from Idaho 7, Altus hops, and Mosaic hops. Gluten-Reduced. Contains Wheat.
patio pils light lager

An American light lager brewed with 100% Rocky Mountain water which is famous in Golden for its purity and perfect mineral content. This easy drinking pilsner is crisp and refreshing with notes of ripe apple and subtle spicy hop notes. Gluten Reduced.
winter palace imperial stout
ABV: 10.8% IBU: 40
An Imperial Stout brewed with brown sugar, chocolate and caramel malts, plus oats then aged on wood before kegging. We have 3 variations - ask your server for the one on tap. One uses South American amburana wood which imparts a unique gingerbread flavor to the beer. Another was aged on sugar maple wood which lends a subtle maple syrup flavor. The third was aged in a State 38 Rye whiskey barrel, giving notes of vanilla and spice. Gluten Reduced.
Toadally Hazed IPA
ABV: 6.9 IBU: 26
Apricots, peaches, and passion fruit dominate this juicy/hazy IPA's sweet, refreshing flavor. Dry hopped to the max with the fruitiest of American and New Zealand hops, you're sure to enjoy this delightful, hazy nectar. Contains Wheat. Gluten Reduced
Paradise Pale Ale
ABV: 5.1% IBU: 26
An American Pale Ale brewed with Citra, Lemondrop, & Mosaic hops plus Grains of Paradise give it a slightly dry, citrusy character. Mild malt character and crisp hop finish round out this refreshing pale. Contains Wheat. Gluten Reduced.
Czech dark Lager
ABV: 4.3% IBU: 19
This Czech Dark Lager is rich and malty with chocolate, caramel, and dried cherry notes. Gluten Reduced.
Denver Chip Company
These all-natural, handmade artisan chips are made from Idaho Russet potatoes, which result in larger, slightly darker chips that are richer in flavor. Lightly-seasoned chips, super crunchy and with more true potato flavor than factory-made chips.

Mt. Zion IPA

Brewed in the shadow of the mighty Mt. Zion which overlooks Golden, our flagship West Coast IPA has a hop profile of Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. This IPA is strong in citrus and stone fruit flavors. Gluten reduced.
Pandan Porter
ABV: 5.9% IBU: 26
Born of the leaf of the mighty Pandanus tree, Pandan is used in Southeastern Asian cuisine as a substitute for vanilla. Its subtle flavors pair well with the traditional dark style of beer developed in London whose name is thought to have come from its popularity with street and river porters. With its delicate notes of chocolate, vanilla, and coconut, the aim of this darker ale was to create a porter with subtleties and drinkability not often found within the style. Gluten reduced.
Natterjack Irish Red
ABV: 5.4% IBU: 20
This ale gets its reddish hue from the inclusion of roasted barley. Our Irish red has a smooth mouthfeel with a hint of caramel and light sweetness in the finish. Fun fact, the natterjack is the only species of toad native to Ireland. Gluten reduced.
Blueberry Kölsch
ABV: 4.9% IBU: 12
Our German-style ale brewed with blueberries, this Kolsch has a vivid pinkish hue with a distinct blueberry nose and bright fruit flavor. Gluten Reduced.
Czech Pale Lager
ABV: 5.4% IBU: 34
This Czech Pale Lager is light with a little sweetness, and a nice bite of Saaz hops bitterness at the end to round out the flavor. Gluten Reduced.
