friend or fonio pilsner

We collaborated with our friends at Evergreen Brewery to explore Fonio, an ancient West African grain that is relatively new to the brewing world. Fonio is drought resistant and sustainably grown. Brewing with fonio and pilsner malt created a unique beer with aromas and flavors of white wine, lychee, and citrus with a soft, rounded finish.
