Persimmons are a plum-sized, orange berry found in the Midwest and Southern US. Their flavor has been described as a very sweet pumpkin. Combined with the warm flavors of cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg, and you’ve got homemade persimmon pudding in a glass.
