Mt. Zion IPA
ABV: 7.0% IBU: 72
Brewed in the shadow of the mighty Mt. Zion which overlooks Golden, our flagship West Coast IPA has a hop profile of Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. This IPA is strong in citrus and stone fruit flavors. Gluten reduced.
Nectaron Haze IPA
ABV: 7.8% IBU: 18
A hazy IPA brewed with Nectaron, El Dorado, and Mosaic hops. This juicy, dank IPA is dripping with sweet stone fruit flavors of nectarine, peach, and plum. Contains wheat. Gluten reduced.
Pedal On! Pale Ale
ABV: 5.6% IBU: 27
An ode to the various styles of cycling found in our great state and community. The Pedal On! was created with a hard day’s ride in mind. Pale ales are of British origin but now popular worldwide. The American versions tend to be cleaner and hoppier than their British counterparts and ours is crisp and refreshing with just a touch of hop bitterness provided by El Dorado hops.
