A brutal climb is a challenging endeavor with a satisfyingly beautiful view at the peak. This cold West Coast IPA was brewed with Fonio as well as Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria, and Enigma hops, resulting in a white wine/gooseberry/tropical fruit flavor with a dry finish.
