Inspired by the brewing traditions of Lithuania, this farmhouse ale uses a unique yeast strain and even more unique fermentable: peas! Once a common adjunct across Europe, Lithuania is the only country to still regularly use peas in brewing. The resulting beer is full-bodied with notes of orange, clove, and black walnut.
